About Us

Tianeptine Depot is a leader in the research chemicals industry, committed to developing high-quality, in-house manufacturing processes. We are looking for a highly skilled Chemist, Process Engineer, or QA Specialist to spearhead our domestic manufacturing efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop Manufacturing Processes: Design and implement in-house manufacturing processes for research chemicals.
• Process Engineering: Assess chemical properties, develop production methods, and determine the necessary machinery and equipment.
• Production Testing: Be the first to test the production process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and repeatability.
• Quality Control: Analyze and validate batch quality to meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Work with operations staff to develop SOPs and train lower-level employees for consistent production.
• Team Training: Train production staff alongside the operations team to ensure a seamless and repeatable manufacturing process.
• Strategic Advising: Provide insights to the board on potential research chemicals for domestic in-house manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in chemical manufacturing, process engineering, or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of chemical safety protocols, production equipment, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to create efficient, scalable, and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Experience in training staff and writing SOPs.
• Critical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
