What is your Shipping Process?
Monday through Friday at 2-3pm PST we process all orders, package them, and send a confirmation to customers with tracking numbers.
What can I do to expedite my order?
In order to expedite your shipment, make sure to put the Order Number in the payment notes on whatever platform you pay.
What does Saturday Shipping mean?
Saturday shipping is for overnight and 2 day shipments that would normally arrive on a saturday, but because shipping is counted in “business days” these shipments are scheduled for following Monday. We can pay the carrier a few extra dollars in order to get them to deliver on Saturday instead of Monday.
If you pay for Saturday shipping another time of the week you are wasting your money. If you place an order before cutoff on Thursday and use 2-day express, or Friday and use overnight, selecting saturday shipping is the only thing you can do to assure your order arrives on Saturday instead of Monday.
What Carriers do you use?
(Almost) All of them, specifically with your customer experience in mind. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. FedEx is the most reliable. UPS is very reliable, and USPS Priority Express Mail 1-2 days is a great and reliable service. Most customers use UPS Next Day Air, and FedEx Standard Overnight, and their preferences for UPS over FedEx, or vice versa, is typically related to location issues. That is, some locations do not get great UPS or FedEx shipping, but the other carrier (whether that is UPS or FedEx) does well for that location.

What days do you ship?
We ship Monday-Saturday. Holidays are typically off, so please verify with us by phone to make sure your package will go out.
How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the service, but our free shipping is via USPS First Class package (now called Ground Advantage). 3-5 days (excluding mistakes made by USPS or UPS). USPS Priority Mail is 1-3 business days. A quick Google search will tell you the average times for delivery for different shipping options.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We offer the following overnight and next day delivery options:**

Can I receive my package on Saturday?
Yes, but you must select the correct Saturday Delivery shipping option during checkout.
Do you provide tracking?
A tracking number will be sent to the email you have provided upon making your order, usually around 2:00 – 3:00 pm PST / 5:00 – 6:00 pm EST.
After placing my order, how long does it take for you to ship the package?
Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped the same day if it is completed and processed before 6:00 p.m. EST / 3:00 p.m. PST. On Saturdays, please place orders by 4 p.m. EST / 1:00 p.m. PST for same-day shipment.
What if I want to confirm my Order was received?
If you received an automated email confirming your order then we have received your order. This is typically sent within seconds, and as late as 15 minutes after ordering.
What if I want to confirm my Payment was received?
If you received an automated email confirming your order was shipped (this typically happens around 2:00 – 3:00 pm PST) then your order was shipped. Please don’t ask before then, unless there is some issue. Make sure that your order number was put in your payment notes, otherwise your order could be delayed as we will be reaching out asking for proof of payment.
Keep in mind, if there is an issue with your payment, we will reach out around 1:00 – 3:00 pm PST via email, and possibly via text, to confirm payment so we can get it out on the same day.
What do I do if my order is lost?
If your order is lost, send an email and put your order number in the subject line. In the content of the email explain the issue concisely (one sentence should do) and put in the tracking number for extra credit.Typically the lost order is reshipped to you upon receipt of the email.
After we receive this email we will process the refund within 24-48 hours, but it could take days to hear back from the carrier.
What do I do if my order is delayed/late?
If your order is late, AND the order had guaranteed shipping (for instance, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Priority Express, or FedEx Priority Shipping) send an email and put your order number in the subject line. In the content of the email explain the issue concisely (one sentence should do) and put in the tracking number for extra credit.
After we receive this email we will process the refund within 24-48 hours, but it could take days to hear back from the carrier. They have a lot of excuses for why they won’t give us, and you, a refund, such as “the plane was late.” Nevertheless, we often get these refunded.
Why did you change my order from FedEx to UPS or UPS to FedEx? We reserve the right to change the carrier you selected, such as in rare cases where the package won’t be delivered on the schedule you wanted. For instance, for some locations on some days FedEx will not deliver on time, or sometimes UPS will not deliver on time so we change the carrier so you get your package on time as we proceed under the assumption that delivery time is more important than the carrier, otherwise you would have selected free shipping or to lowest cost shipping with your favorite carrier.
What is your shipping guarantee? Obviously we cannot guarantee a time of delivery as it is out of our hands after shipment, but we ship all completed orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays) and if they are in before the cutoff time we ship the same day. If we fail to ship the same day we typically provide a credit of some sort, usually over $20 for our mistake, but we keep it flexible but different circumstances require different resolutions.
What if it is close or over the cut-off time? If you are close to the cut-off time, put your order in anyway as we have the latest cut-off time and there is a good possibility it will still get processed, we just don’t guarantee it will be processed same day if the order is put in after the cutoff time, but we often get to them as late as 3:00 pm PST / 6:00 pm EST.
How much is shipping?
USPS Standard Shipping (First Class, Ground Advantage, whatever they might call it) is free! Often times we upgrade orders of 50g or more to USPS Priority mail , 2-Day Air Mail, or something else. If you order hundreds of grams, we typically upgrade out of necessity.
We recommend the following services, depending on your location:
- USPS Priority Express
- FedEx overnight options are all good options, and for most locations it is the best carrier in the industry
- UPS Next Day Air is a favorite
